Not necessarily. Koorta Boodjar works with experienced tradespeople, operators and supervisors, and also with people looking to build their experience within the industry. What matters is being safety focused, reliable, respectful and willing to learn.
What tickets and licences will I need?
It depends on the role and the project. Commonly verified are trade certificates, High Risk Work Licences, tickets and competencies, VOC requirements, medicals and site-specific inductions. The team will tell you what a particular role requires.
Is there FIFO or DIDO work available?
Koorta Boodjar mobilises workers to metro, regional and remote projects across Western Australia, including FIFO and DIDO arrangements. Availability depends on the projects running at the time.
