What is checked before a worker mobilises?
Where relevant to the position and project, Koorta Boodjar verifies qualifications, trade certificates, High Risk Work Licences, tickets and competencies, VOC requirements, medical requirements, site-specific inductions, relevant licences and client onboarding requirements.
Can the workforce be scaled up or down?
Yes. The model runs from an individual skilled worker through to larger project teams, and can be adapted throughout different stages of project delivery as labour requirements change.
Does Koorta Boodjar supply to regional and remote sites?
Yes. Koorta Boodjar mobilises to metro, regional and remote projects across Western Australia, including FIFO and DIDO arrangements where the project requires it.
